International Humanitarian Law: Protection During Armed Conflicts
An advanced course explaining the laws of war, the Four Geneva Conventions, and the additional protocols. It focuses on the distinction between civilians and combatants, as well as mechanisms for protecting medical and cultural objects.

- Scope of application of international humanitarian law.
- Protection of civilians, prisoners, and the wounded.
- The International Criminal Court and accountability mechanisms.
International Protection of Refugees: Legal Framework and Asylum Procedures
An in-depth study of the 1951 Convention and the 1967 Protocol. The program covers the definition of a refugee, the principle of non-refoulement, and the rights of refugees in host countries.

- Women’s and children’s rights in asylum contexts.
- Temporary protection and political asylum.
- Camp management and humanitarian standards (Sphere Standards).
Monitoring, Documentation, and Human Rights Reporting Skills
The most advanced program for preparing field researchers. It covers evidence collection, interviewing victims and witnesses, drafting complaints for international mechanisms, and writing Shadow Reports.
