International Organization Membership Card

The membership card is an official document issued to accredited members of the International Organization for Human Rights and Refugee Affairs. It certifies that the holder is recognized as an active member in the fields of rights advocacy, humanitarian work, and refugee support. This card enables members to participate in international programs, specialized human rights committees, and humanitarian initiatives supervised by the organization, reflecting their level of expertise and commitment in accordance with international standards and the organization’s adopted human rights charters.

  • The applying entity must be an organization, institution, or body working in the field of human rights, relief, humanitarian work, or related legal and social fields.
  • Possess an official registration or valid legal license proving its legitimacy and eligibility to join the International Organization.
  • Commit to the organization’s charters in the areas of transparency, respect for human rights, and adherence to universal humanitarian principles.
  • Submit an official membership application accompanied by the required documents, including the legal license and a brief overview of relevant humanitarian or human rights activities and projects.
  • Agree to the organization’s approved Humanitarian and Human Rights Code of Conduct.
  • Pay the annual membership fee determined by the General Secretariat, supporting the organization’s sustainable goals and programs.

International Organization Membership Card

✔️ Eligibility for nomination for peace and humanitarian awards, and international certificates of appreciation issued by the organization.

✔️ Inclusion of the member’s name and logo in the international membership directory, with publication on the organization’s official website.

✔️ Issuance of an official membership card and certificate for the organization’s representative or affiliated entity.

✔️ Priority participation in international conferences and human rights workshops organized by the organization.

✔️ Right to use the membership logo in publications and media materials according to approved protocols.

✔️ Access to legal and human rights consultations and strategic guidance from the organization’s experts.

✔️ Joining an international network of organizations and human rights activists from various countries around the world.

✔️ Contribution to the preparation of human rights recommendations and reports submitted by the organization to relevant international bodies.

Required Documents:

  • A digital copy of the official travel document (passport).
  • A copy of a professional ID or proof of human rights/humanitarian activity.
  • Documents proving relevant experience and contributions in related fields.
  • A declaration confirming the authenticity of the submitted documents.

Procedure:

Complete the registration form available on the organization’s website.

Submit all required documents along with the form through the official channels.

The application is reviewed by the Membership Committee, and a response (approval or rejection) is provided within one week.

Pay the applicable membership fees after preliminary approval.

Issue and delivery of the official membership card and certificate of affiliation to the approved member.
